False Crawl Weekend

Things finally seemed to slow down… or did they? We had a turtle come in to Corolla Saturday morning but she didn’t lay eggs (even though she came all the way and up the beach, even crawling up the dune some!).  Then, she (or another mom??) arrived Sunday, crawled up the beach… but still no eggs. And this Monday morning, just into the 4WD area, we had a turtle crawl up not even past the high tide line and return back to the ocean without laying eggs. Three days and three false crawls. Let’s hope for her sake she finds a great beach tonight!
