NESTers give a turtle talk to young turtle lovers
ARTRAGEOUS was a resounding success! This event, sponsored by Dare County Arts Council, brought several hundred children to visit “the turtle people” for crafts and turtle talk.
N.E. S. T. volunteers had a great time sharing turtle facts, talking about clean beaches, and giving out paper turtle straws as part of our SKIP THE STRAW campaign.
